I know there are many plugins/scripts available out there for gimp to Cartoonify any image. But I never got a satisfying result from any of those plugins. Today I'm going to introduce you with a small but effective method for Cartoonifying any image without any famous gimp plugins.
Resources--
Step 1: Load your picture in Gimp.
Step 2: Now open to Fx-Foundry>>Artistic>>Pastel Sketch.
This will open a setting window for Pastel Sketch. Don't touch anything just apply with the default settings.
Step 3: Result of above steps is as shown below.
Step 4: Now Apply Script-Fu>>Photo>>Fix Overblown.
And the result of above effect is:
Step 5: So here's the cartoonified version of that image with a far better result.
